We, as a Guild and at local level, need to improve our recruitment of new blood into ringing and the retention of existing ringers. The Recruitment and Education Committee is here to help do exactly that! Below we have included all the information about what the Committee offers to you and all the projects we run and support for the Guild.

If you would like to put together a recruitment campaign but want some more ideas about how to get started then, following on from our initial success, we plan to run another 3Rs Workshop soon.
The workshop is designed to give you ideas on recruitment and retention and encourage you to share your own ideas and experiences with others. It covers a wide range of topics on recruitment and retention, with group and open discussion. As well as information, a special workshop pack is given to everyone and all the 3Rs equipment is there for demonstrations.
The workshop session lasts about an afternoon, and, from the group feedback, it is time very well spent!
Bell Ringing Talks
We now have good resources for presenting group talks on bell ringing. If any local groups you know may be interested, please put us in touch with them!
The risingringers is a young ringers group, formed by the Committee. See more >>
This section has a range of useful resources, advice, downloads and links to help towers with the recruitment and retention of ringers.
The Committee is responsible for the publication of the Guild Newsletter - ldgNEWS. You can download the latest and previous copies from the news page.
